What’s happening in the PP studio this month??

The Premium performance training philosophy combines Pilates with functional strength and conditioning training, cardio and flexibility. We believe in an even balance of “all ” to give your body and mind the most ‘premium’ results. 

This past few months we have had a great response and transformative results in clients bodies and new found love of health and fitness from our unlimited bootcamp challenge passes. This pass allows you unlimited weekly access to a variety of classes including; bootcamp, power pilates, barre, stretch and relax classes. Our PP challengers have worked hard giving their bodies the ultimate “all over” workout both in and out of the studio with home workouts and healthy clean eating habits.

The classes are fun, energised and social. The groups are ageless with mixed fitness levels, but everyone involved has the same goal—-to be a healthier, fitter, stronger, leaner version of themselves whilst enjoying the process.

Initiating your fitness goals is often half the challenge. Group fitness is a great way to get involved. Just show up with a positive attitude and be ready to participate- We take care of the rest.

Due to the great response we have had we are continuing the unlimited class pass as a weekly or monthly option through till xmas! If you are looking to whip your body and health into shape before the ‘silly season’ then this is the perfect option for you!

Steph Prem

Director & Founder

Steph is the founder and director of Premium Performance training method and owner and head trainer at Studio PP. Steph is a former Winter Olympian and spent 10 years of her life as a professional athlete. Steph’s passion for Pilates stems from a 4 year rehab stint (consisting solidly of corrective exercise and Pilates) following her career ending back injury in 2010. Steph has trained and worked alongside some of Australia’s industry leaders, has 15 years dance experience and is clinically trained. She lives and breathes health, wellness and an active lifestyle and is an embodiment of her brand.
