Peninsula Hot Springs is one of my favourite wellness destinations in Victoria and I am thrilled to be the wellness ambassador for this fabulous natural hot springs and day spa centre.
As part of my role I’ve been working on some wonderful projects over the last few months and I can finally reveal the launch of two new on-the-go body maintenance and performance DVD programs I designed with Peninsula Hot Springs.
I am passionate about empowering, uplifting and educating people through movement and wellness practices, and my wish is to encourage and support people to live their happiest and healthiest lives.
In these DVDs, I will guide you through a carefully selected sequence of exercises and stretches set in the tranquil surroundings of Peninsula Hot Springs.
There are two programs available, which are suitable for all levels and ages.
- Stretch and Release
This program works on the entire body whilst improving flexibility and range of motion. It involves a combination of dynamic and static stretches which are beneficial for both the body and mind. Performing these stretches daily can help prevent injury and reduce tension, which is essential in creating a healthy and happy body and mind. The stretch and release program can be incorporated into your weekly fitness routine.
- Back Care
Unfortunately, most of us will experience back pain, stiffness or injury at some point in our lives. Maintenance and prevention is key when it comes to optimal back health. This program works to restore your range of motion, improve your core stability and posture and help alleviate stress and pain in the body. If you spend hours sitting or driving, then this program is for you.
Combining these programs with the healing thermal bathing on offer at Peninsula Hot Springs provides the perfect opportunity to improve the function of your body and mind.
