Love Your Hair

What you’ll need:
1tbsp. Organic Coconut Oil 1 tbsp. Organic Raw Honey Sauce Pan
Mixing Bowl
Spoon
Towel
Shower Cap (optional)

Method:
Mix the ingredients together and to help your hair follicles open up, heat the mixture up on a stovetop in a small sauce pan.

The mask can be applied to dry or wet hair, although I’ve found that it’s easier to apply to wet hair. Have a towel around your neck to protect your clothes while applying the mask. Section your hair off and apply generously from top to bottom, focusing on the ends where most damage occurs. Wrap your hair in a bun and let the mask soak in for 30-40 minutes. While you wait for the mask to do its magic, flip through a magazine, read a book and drink some of your Little Wilding Tea. Wash the mask out in the shower using your regular shampoo and conditioner routine.

What you’ll need:
1⁄2 avocado
1 tbsp organic honey
1 tbsp plain yogurt (the higher in fat, the more moisturising)

Method:
Mash the avocado in a small bowl. Add honey and yogurt and combine until mostly smooth—a few lumps are just fine.

Spread a thick layer onto clean skin. Let sit for 10-15 minutes or longer. Remove with a warm wash cloth. Finish with a splash of cool water and your favourite moisturiser.

This mask may be used 2-3 times a week.

 

Love Your Face Take II

What you’ll need:

1⁄2 Organic Lemon
1 tbsp. Organic Raw Honey Mixing Bowl
Spoon

Method:

To prep your skin before any face mask, pour boiling hot water in a bowl and stand above it letting the steam open your pores. Mix one tablespoon of organic raw honey and half a squeezed lemon in to a bowl and apply all over your face, avoiding the eye area. Now, let your skin soak up all this goodness for 15-30 minutes (depending on how sensitive your skin is). Wash away with warm water, finishing with one splash of cold water to close your pores. Pat gently with a towel to dry. Let your skin breathe for the rest of the day, or follow up with your favourite moisturiser/serum.

 

Love Your Skin

What you’ll need:
1/2 cup Ground Coffee 1/2 cup Raw Sugar
4 tbsp Coconut Oil

Method:
Mix ingredients together until a paste forms. Store in a sealed mason jar.
When you’re in the shower massage the scrub into your skin using a circular motion. Let it rest on the skin for 5 minutes before rinsing off.
Warning # 1: The coconut can make your shower very slippery.
Warning # 2: You will smell delicious afterwards!
