Gut Healing Anti-Inflammatory Caramel Smoothie
This amazing therapeutic smoothie is filled with fibre, anti-inflammatory nutrients, digestive enzymes, gut healing nutrients, essential fatty acids and protein.
Post Workout Green Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
4 fresh/frozen strawberries 1 tablespoon of LSA 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 cup of baby spinach
5 mint leaves
1 1/2 cup of almond milk OR coconut water
Add greens at the bottom first, followed by the rest. Blend!
Not Another Green Smoothie1/2 banana 1 tablespoon LSA 1/4 cup raw cashew nuts 2 medjool dates, pitted 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder 1/2 cup of water of almond milk
Blend ingredients together. Serve.
